The "Let Us Not Overlook - Journey of Schizophrenia from Prehistory to Modern-Day" exhibition, a first in Turkey and aiming to create a public awareness towards schizophrenia, has met with visitors in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir and Kocaeli until now. "Let Us Not Overlook" exhibition, which attracted great attention at each city, was visited by more than 30 thousand people in 4 cities.

"Let Us Not Overlook - Journey of Schizophrenia from Prehistory to Modern-Day" exhibition with the methods used at diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses since the earliest ages until today, the attitude of communities to the matter, endeavors of scientists and physicians spread over hundreds of years, interesting visuals and animations has met with visitors in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Kocaeli until now. The exhibition, visited by more than 30 thousand people, with the rich content of the matter prepared by experts, creative exhibition forms prepared with visual and audio effects and animations at three dimensional boxes, promises to visitors not only a journey where they are only onlookers, but which they can experience with various senses from time to time.

Abdi İbrahim Otsuka Managing Director Elif Elkin noted that the Let us Not Overlook exhibition has been aiming to draw attention to schizophrenia from the first day it met with visitors and expressed satisfaction for the attention attracted by the exhibition. Elkin; "It is said that there are approximately 51 million in the world and 400 thousand to 600 thousand schizophrenia patients in Turkey. Schizophrenia patients and their families must fight with prejudices of the community in addition to the disorder. As Abdi İbrahim Otsuka, with the exhibition visited by more than 30 thousand people in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Kocaeli, we aim to draw attention to schizophrenia patients who wish to continue their lives and to ensure that they are able to be present in society."
