HEALTY AT HOME

We launched the ‘Evine Sağlık’ project, (Healthy at Home) during the pandemic, in a time when our routines changed in light of common concerns and the new normal, aiming to:

  • Flex our digital muscles and standardize our pre-, during and post-broadcast processes.
  • Driven by our motto of “learning from one another”, bring together internal and external experts and colleagues in an egalitarian environment free from the distinctions of title and rank.
  • Introduce a project developed by the Millennials Committee, Generation Y volunteers at Abdi İbrahim who wish to enhance the satisfaction and engagement their colleagues.

We aired 108 live broadcasts via our digital communication platform of choice Microsoft Teams using 45 percent internal vs. 55 percent external resources. These were categorized into themes, with 44 focusing on mental wellbeing, 37 on physical wellbeing, 19 on spiritual wellbeing, and 8 on activities, receiving 20,971 views and 83,340 mentions in total. Ninety-five percent of colleagues who took post event surveys gave the Evine Sağlık communication project a score of 3 and above for a total score of 3.67 out of 5, and 72 percent expressed an interest in seeing the project continue.
