As Abdi İbrahim, we care about standing by young talents and guiding them to discover and develop their potential; we share our knowledge and experience in the sector through classes within the scope of our collaborations with universities.

In this regard, our Marketing and Sales team has been successfully continuing the elective undergraduate course “Creative Marketing Approaches for Restricted Markets” since 2013 in the ‘Branded Course’ program we conduct with Bahçeşehir University. Through this course, students get the chance to closely follow current developments in the sector while discovering creative marketing strategies for restricted markets.

We contribute to the career journeys of students through the Career & Development courses we hold with Istanbul University Faculty of Pharmacy. Thanks to these courses, students get critical information about business life while also gaining insight into the culture of Abdi İbrahim from our colleagues taking part in the program.

Young Ideas in Brand Journey
We collaborated with Bahçeşehir University Branding and Innovation Center (BAU BBI) to support the creative ideas of young people and meet with talents interested in the pharmaceutical sector. This project we introduced under the name of “Young Ideas in Brand Journey” was organized in a competition format designed for Bahçeşehir University students and it offered students the opportunity to learn the brand management and marketing dynamics of the health and pharmaceutical sector. Participants received training from leading experts in the sector, developed projects with mentoring support, and won awards by presenting their ideas to the jury at the final event.

Through this project, we aimed to strengthen the collaboration between the pharmaceutical and education sectors while supporting the creative ideas of young people. Participants got the chance to make a strong start in their careers by transforming their theoretical knowledge into practical projects. As Abdi İbrahim, we are very proud to discover and support the leaders of the future through platforms like these.
