İKSİR Young Talent Development Program
Healing lives and enabling change necessitates the courage to try new paths, and the responsibility and passion to keep learning each day. Abdi İbrahim’s İKSİR Young Talent Development Program was developed to support the development of talented young people who are looking for a career in Procurement, Strategy, Business Development, Information Systems & Technologies, Licensing and Human Resources with experiences that will guide them on their career path, and ultimately, with job offers at Abdi İbrahim.
İKSİR is a six-month, in-service training program open to candidates who have graduated within the last two years and graduate students. Participants gain experience spending at least three days a week at Abdi İbrahim. Throughout the program, participants are offered development guidance and feedback. At the end of the program, participants who are deemed eligible and wish to continue working at the company are offered a permanent position in the rapidly growing Abdi İbrahim family. İKSİR accepts applications each year in March and April via career portals Kariyer.net and LinkedIn.
Path for Marketing Talent: Product Manager Training Program
The Assistant Product Manager Candidate Training Program aims to train innovative and creative marketing professionals who are able to think strategically and from a marketing perspective. The Assistant Product Manager Candidate Training Program is oriented towards new graduates who are fluent in English and wish to pursue a career in marketing.
Asistan Ürün Müdürü Adayı Yetiştirme Programı, lisans eğitimini tamamlamış, iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip ve pazarlama alanında bir kariyer hedefleyen genç yeteneklere yönelik bir programdır.
Candidates who pass selection and evaluation are enrolled in a training program where they will gain marketing experience in the field as guided by the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates who apply for the Assistant Product Manager position are invited to Digital Assessments, Assessment Center Application, and an English proficiency exam on a stage-by-stage basis.
Assessment Center involves group and individual work which aims to assess whether the candidate possesses the competencies required to become an Assistant Product Manager, such as customer focus, innovation, and presentation skills. Candidates who pass these stages are enrolled in the Basic Training program designed with the requirements of the Medical Representative position in mind. After successfully completing their training, candidates are employed for field positions as Medical Representatives for a period of around one year. At the end of this period, they prepare a project on their assigned topic and deliver a presentation to the management. After successfully delivering their presentation, candidates are appointed as Assistant Product Managers.
CAREer Factory: Product Manager Training Program
In 2019, Abdi İbrahim launched the CAREer Factory Young Talent Training Program for new graduates who wish to start their career at an industry leader and take part in a development journey that trains the leaders of the future.
Designed for graduates of Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Pharmacy faculties, the program consists of a six-month training and orientation followed by a structured career at production in various departments of the Esenyurt Production Complex, such as Production Operations, Logistics Services, Production Planning, Operational Excellence and Qualification. Program applications are accepted via career portals Kariyer.net and LinkedIn.
Medical Representative Training Program
The Medical Representative Training Program is one of many Abdi İbrahim recruitment processes across Türkiye that serve to train new talents for the pharmaceutical industry.
Comprising selection, placement and training, the Medical Representative Training Program aims to share Abdi İbrahim’s deep-rooted experience and expertise in the industry to younger generations with a view to introducing young and dynamic talent in the sector.
The program involves a multi-stage selection and evaluation process for new graduates with no experience in the pharmaceutical industry who wish to pursue a career as a Medical Representative. The process begins by an application to the Medical Representative job listing at the company via various career portals. After the evaluations, candidates deemed to fulfill the basic requirements for the position are invited to take a Digital Assessment. Applicants who pass the Digital Assessment are invited to take further tests with the Assessment Center involving approximately half a day of group and individual work to determine whether they possess the competencies required to become a Medical Representative. Applicants who pass the assessment procedure enroll in the Abdi İbrahim Basic Training program where they receive occupational training over the course of seven weeks. After completing their training and orientation, candidates are employed as Medical Representatives in various healthcare areas within Abdi İbrahim Marketing & Sales Head Office.
