Abdi İbrahim founded Abdi İbrahim Global Pharm (AIGP) in 2012, after acquiring 60 percent stake in Global Pharm, one of the leading pharmaceutical producers of Kazakhstan.

At the end of 2015, Abdi İbrahim Global Pharm, the country's most modern GMP production facility, commenced operations with an annual production capacity of 24 million units, marking the first overseas production operation of Abdi İbrahim. With a production facility extending over an indoor area of 12,000 square meters, Abdi İbrahim Global Pharm is well on its way towards becoming a strong international brand, driven by its extensive portfolio of around 100 products, including mainly diabetes and antiviral products, as well as central nervous system and cardiovascular agents.
