Strong Steps with Vision 2025

Attaching a great deal of importance to its innovative management approach to maintain its leading position in the industry, Abdi İbrahim continues to take firm steps towards its goals thanks to its long-term strategic plans and agility in dealing with threats and seizing opportunities. By conducting all its activities from a 3D perspective, Abdi İbrahim aims to achieve positive financial results and a culture that integrates leadership with criteria such as ethical codes, product reliability and transparency.

Developed under the motto “we will be the healing force in a changing world,” Abdi İbrahim’s new strategic plan VISION 2025” was launched in January 2021. VISION 2025 encompasses five growth areas, eight strategic programs and 45 initiatives that will enable Abdi İbrahim to achieve its desired objectives over the five-year period.

Rapidly progressing towards its objectives in five growth areas, namely “Türkiye, International Markets, Production Services, Consumer Health and Biotechnology,” Abdi İbrahim has successfully completed 18 of the 45 strategic initiatives under its global transformation and innovation programs in the pipeline, and already started working on 18 of the remaining initiatives
