Dr. M. Oğuzcan Bülbül graduated cum laude from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2001. He began his career at the Turkish Competition Authority, where he assumed significant responsibilities during his tenure of nine years. In 2009, Dr. Bülbül completed his master’s degree in “International Energy Policy and Management” at Columbia University magna cum laude.

Dr. Bülbül joined Anadolu Efes in 2010 as Director of Corporate Affairs & Competition Compliance Director. As the youngest executive in the company’s history, he successfully managed legal compliance risks, with a particular focus on those related to competition law, and oversaw communication activities and sustainability strategies for a period of nine years.
In 2018, he earned his doctorate with a thesis on “The Effect of Competition Fines on Public Companies' Stock Prices” at Hacettepe University Faculty of Business Administration.
In 2019, Dr. Bülbül joined Abdi İbrahim as the Executive Secretary General and “Public Affairs, Sustainability and Communications Director. Since January 2024, he has been serving as a Executive Board Member and President, Human Resources, Corporate Communication and Sustainability.
