Figen Bilgen has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration, and began her professional career at Pfizer, where she held various managerial roles.

Throughout her career, she held senior leadership positions including Diabetes Sales and Marketing Director at Sanofi, Business Operations Director at MSD, Sales and Marketing Director at Sandoz, and Cardiovascular Business Unit Director at Abbott. She joined Abdi İbrahim in 2017 as Marketing and Sales Director.

After serving as General Therapies Group Director between 2021 and 2023, she has been serving as President, Prescription Products Sales & Marketing since October 2023. In this role, she leads the company’s marketing and sales strategies in prescription products and drives initiatives supporting growth objectives.
