Köksal Ülgen, who completed his MBA at Koç University following his BS in Istanbul Technical University Chemical Engineering Department, started his career at Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals. Later, he worked as Senior Licensing Manager at Eczacıbaşı-Zentiva Pharmaceuticals, Head of Strategy and Business Development at Zentiva Pharmaceuticals and Eczacıbaşı-Monrol Nuclear Products, Head of Business Development and Licensing at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and General Manager at Pharmactive Pharmaceuticals. He also served as Senior Director, Head of Business Development, International Markets and R&D at Mustafa Nevzat/Amgen Pharmaceuticals. Since 2019, he has been working as President, International Markets at Abdi İbrahim.
