Mustafa Darman graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration, and completed his MBA at Nottingham University in 1998.

He began his professional career in 1990 at Marjinal Securities and later held various positions at Kanal Market TV, Kanal 6 Broadcasting, Tekstilbank, and Eczacıbaşı Holding. Following his experience across different roles within Eczacıbaşı Group, he joined Abdi İbrahim as Financial Control Manager.

Since 2012, Mustafa Darman has been serving as CFO. In addition to leading the company’s financial management, budgeting and financial control processes, he is responsible for overseeing key corporate functions that directly support growth, strategic planning and overall business performance.
