Caner Kılınçer graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Food Engineering. He began his career at Tekfen Holding as a Shift Engineer and later held managerial roles at Unilever across R&D, manufacturing, planning and quality.

He subsequently served as Plant Director at PepsiCo and Henkel, and as Operational Excellence Director for Henkel’s Middle East and Africa region, leading projects across multiple countries.

He continued his international career at Olam International as General Manager and Board Member responsible for Supply Chain and Operations, followed by a role as Operations General Manager at Amazon. He most recently held senior leadership roles in operations and supply chain at Henkel across different countries.

Since June 2025, he has been serving as President, Manufacturing and Supply at Abdi İbrahim, where he leads initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
