A graduate of Middle East Technical University with a degree in Food Engineering, Caner Kılınçer began his career as a Shift Engineer at Tekfen Holding. He later held various managerial roles in R&D, Production, Planning, and Quality at Unilever.
He served as Plant Director at both PepsiCo and Henkel, and subsequently assumed the role of Operational Excellence Director for the Middle East and Africa Region at Henkel, leading several critical projects across multiple countries.
Kılınçer continued his international career at Olam International as General Manager responsible for Supply Chain and Operations, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors. He then joined Amazon’s operations team, serving as Operations General Manager. Most recently, he held the position of Operations and Supply Chain Director for Henkel’s overseas operations in Nigeria and Slovenia.
As of June 2025, Caner Kılınçer serves as the President, Manufacturing and Supply at Abdi İbrahim.
